By creating an account, submitting content or browsing claru.org you enter into a binding agreement with Claru. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the platform.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply.
You must be 18 or older and provide true, complete and up-to-date information. Each person may keep only one account; duplicate accounts are suspended and pending payouts may be withheld.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for reporting unauthorized use immediately.
Every task has specific instructions on framing, duration, lighting and context. Submissions that do not follow the instructions may be rejected without payment.
Fraudulent, duplicate or recycled submissions from other platforms lead to account termination and forfeiture of open balances.
You keep copyright over the content you submit. By having a submission approved, you grant Claru a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable and paid license to store, reproduce, edit, annotate, distribute and license that content for artificial intelligence research, training and evaluation.
The Claru brand, website, documentation, annotation tools and curated datasets belong to Claru and may not be copied, resold or used to train competing models without written permission.
The value of each task is shown before submission. Payment is due only for submissions approved in quality control and is processed in the next payout cycle through the method set in your account.
You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction. Incorrect payout details may delay transfers; balances unclaimed for 12 months may be canceled after prior notice.
