Here we explain which cookies and similar technologies claru.org uses, what they do, how long they last and how you can accept, refuse or delete them at any time.
What cookies are

Categories we use
We group cookies into four categories. Only the first one loads automatically; the others depend on your consent.
No marketing or performance cookie is activated before we record your explicit consent.

- Performance — aggregate metrics on page views, time on page and errors, used to improve the experience.
- Functional — remember preferences such as locale, component state and partially filled forms.

Duration and types
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period — at Claru, no more than 12 months — and are renewed only if you keep using the site.
First-party cookies are set by the claru.org domain. Third-party cookies are set by partners running services on our behalf and follow their own privacy policies.
Third-party cookies
We rely on specialized vendors for audience metrics, fraud prevention and campaign measurement. These partners may set their own cookies when the matching consent is granted.
We do not allow third parties to use data collected on our site for their own purposes unrelated to the service they provide to us.
External widgets
Contact buttons such as WhatsApp open third-party apps. Once you leave claru.org, those platforms' policies apply.
Managing your preferences
You can change your decision at any time: clear cookies for the claru.org domain and you will be asked again on your next visit. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, video submission and language persistence.

We review this policy whenever we add or remove tracking technologies. The date at the top shows the version in force; material changes are communicated through a new consent request.
